  • Brief description

The School provides the unique opportunity to attend intensive academic program, which is focused on the processing technologies (PT) and joining techniques (JT). The one-week School is divided in several blocks: Functional Materials, Wire & Arc Additive Manufacturing, Joining Techniques. First block will give you the theoretical knowledge, basic descriptions of the materials and an overview of their applications. Wire & Arc Additive Manufacturing block consists of advanced topics on this technology based on state-of-the-art practice-based activities in research laboratories and deep aspects of the material microstructure evolutions during processing, Joining Techniques block consists of classification information and description of different joining techniques. The school program is suitable for students and engineers interested in these technologies and topics. All studies are developed in accordance with the certain requirements and can be recognized as a period of study abroad.

Duration: 1 week

ECTS credits: 2.0

Participation fee: 30 000 RUB

Upon successful completion of the course students will receive hard copies of certificates with ECTS credits.
